Join our growing SLP team at YOUNGFERNS, Ipoh's most trusted children's therapy centre. Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to children aged 1–14, conduct YfDI-C progress reports, design personalised IEPs and work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team in Ipoh, Perak.

Requirements:

• ✓Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
• ✓Valid MAH (Malaysian Allied Health) licence, essential
• ✓Experience with paediatric populations preferred (fresh graduates considered)
• ✓Bilingual / multilingual ability (English + BM; Mandarin a bonus)
• ✓Passionate about early intervention and child development

Deliver OT and Sensory Integration therapy to children in Ipoh with ASD, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Sensory Processing Disorder and more, using our YfDI-S progress-tracking framework and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team in Meru, Ipoh, Perak.

Requirements:

• ✓Degree in Occupational Therapy
• ✓Valid MAH licence, essential
• ✓Sensory Integration training or certification is an advantage
• ✓Experience in paediatric OT preferred; fresh graduates considered
• ✓Ability to communicate in English and BM; Mandarin an advantage

Lead our EIP daily class programme in Ipoh (7:30 AM start, Mon–Fri). Design and deliver structured group learning sessions for children aged 1–7 with developmental challenges, work within the IEP framework, and collaborate with therapists and families in Meru, Ipoh.

Requirements:

• ✓Degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education or related field
• ✓Experience with ASD, ADHD, Down Syndrome, GDD preferred
• ✓Knowledge of IEP planning and SMART goal-setting
• ✓Calm, patient and nurturing approach to children
• ✓Bilingual (English + BM); Mandarin a bonus

We welcome students from Special Education and Psychology programmes to complete their internship or clinical placement at YOUNGFERNS in Meru, Ipoh, Perak. You will work alongside our special needs educators and EIP team in a warm, multi-disciplinary paediatric centre, gaining hands-on experience supporting children with diverse developmental needs across our daily classes, behaviour support and structured learning sessions.

Requirements:

• ✓Currently enrolled in a recognised Special Education, Psychology or related degree programme
• ✓Internship or placement semester (attach university placement letter if applicable)
• ✓Genuine passion for child development and supporting children with special needs
• ✓Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• ✓Available Mon–Fri during YOUNGFERNS operating hours
